Benefits of Triphala

It is a world wide accepted fact that maximum abnormalities that our body bears are due to disturbances in the gastrointestinal abnormalities. This fact was known to the ancient physician in India.

Considering this into mind, the ancient Ayurvedic physician devised one miraculous herbal combination that incidentally turned out the herb that has the capacity to treat all most all the diseases that are present on the phase of the earth.

This miracle was named Triphala (also spelled as trifla). This was so named as it comprised of three fruits. These fruits were of Amalaki (emblica officnalis), haritaki (terminalia chebula) and bhibhitaki (terminalia chebula).
